What we offer

Our Expertise

With over 10 years of experience as a First Aid & CPR instructor, owner Patti MacPhee has trained hundreds of individuals and organizations including daycare centers, schools, personal trainers, and manufacturing businesses. She will work with you to offer a program that meets your schedule, budget and training goals.

Customized Training for People with Special Needs

Take Care First Aid provides a non-certification class especially for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This unique and fun training class covers common emergencies, first aid, safety and injury prevention. Knowing what to do in an emergency or after an injury, builds self-confidence and independence. Teens and adults with special needs want to be active in their communities. In order to be safe, first aid is an essential independent living skill.

This 2 hour class can be offered on Zoom

or in person, in New England states.

Family & Friends First Aid and Hands-Only CPR/AED

The Family & Friends® class from the American Heart Association teaches the skills for Hands-Only CPR, AED and relief of choking in an adult, child and infant. This class is great for parents and grandparents and individuals wanting to learn the skills without the need for certification.

This class is approximately 2 hours

Heartsaver First Aid, CPR and AED Certification

The Heartsaver certification class is perfect for the general public, employees in non-medical fields, parents and teens. Care for adults, children and infants is included.

This class can be done in person or a combination of online and in person with hands-on opportunities to practice all of the skills needed to get your certification (good for 2 years).

This class is approximately 4 hours.
